"The Nadiad Education Society" was registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950 (Bom. XXIX of 1950), at the Public Trust Registration Office, Baroda Region, Baroda.

So. Act. Registration No. 1627 Dated: 06/04/1948, Trust Act Registration Number Kheda/ F-3, and Trust Establishment Dated 30/10/1952.

This is one of the largest educational Society running professional institutions in the University, to which it is affiliated with. It offers Child Education, Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, College Education, Technical Education, Physical Education, Vocational Training, Social Education, Fine Arts, Cultural Activities, Social Services, Medical Services, Medical College as well as medical hospitals etc.
